 Room Rate
Jackson Hole has reserved a block of rooms at the Hotel Terra at a discounted rate of $239.00. Room rates are subject to tax, which is currently 10%, and subject to change. In addition to the rates set forth, there will be a 6% hotel serve fee charged. Hotel services fees are also subject to tax. Hotel service fees enable the hotel to provide the guests with high-speed wireless internet access throughout the property and guest rooms, unlimited phone calls, delivery of daily newspaper (Mon. – Fri.), complimentary ski valet and access to the Chill Spa.
Hotel Deadline
The deadline to receive the Jackson Hole Seminar group rate is January 6, 2012. Jackson Hole encourages you to make your reservation early, as the hotel and discount block may sellout before this date. After this date, reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis and higher rates may apply.

Attendees are responsible for making their reservations by calling the hotel at (800) 631-6271. Please reference Jackson Hole Seminar to receive the discounted rate.
Hotel Deposit & Cancellation Policy
In order to confirm a room arrangement, the hotel will require the guest to pay an advance deposit equal to the first night and last night stay, plus room and tax. Hotel Terra must receive notice of full or partial reservation cancellation at least 21 days prior to your confirmed arrival for the reservation to be cancelled without being assessed a cancellation fee. If Hotel Terra does not receive notice of cancellation within 21 days prior to confirmed arrival date, the reservation will be cancelled and a cancellation fee will be assessed equal to the room rate, tax and service fees per night that it is cancelled. All credit cards used to pay will be charged at the time of reservation.
Hotel Check-in/Checkout
Guest accommodations will be available at 4:00 p.m. on arrival day and reserved until 12:00 p.m. on departure day. The resort would appreciate receiving flight arrival times at time of reservation, if available. Any attendee wishing special consideration for late checkout should inquire at the front desk on their day of departure. Should the resort allow for a late checkout, it may charge half the rate published for the attendee’s room type.
Hotel Location
Nestled in Teton Village, Wyoming, Hotel Terra is a short walk to all of the major ski lifts and Aerial Tram. It is less than one mile from the entrance to Grand Teton National Park and one hour from the Southern entrance to Yellowstone National Park. Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is 12 miles from downtown Jackson Hole.

Airport Information
Hotel Terra is located 22 miles from the Jackson Hole Airport (JAC), about a 40 minute drive. The Jackson Hole Airport is serviced by Delta, United Airlines, Frontier Airlines and American Airlines (seasonally). Major airlines and commuter services fly via Salt Lake City, Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, Denver and Los Angeles. Private flights are served by Jackson Hole Aviation, the airport’s fixed base operation.
