Room rates are subject to tax, which is currently 8%. In addition to the rates set forth, there will be a 6% hotel serve fee charged. Hotel service fees are subject tax, which is currently 8% and subject to change. Hotel service fees enables the hotel to provide the guests with hi-speed wireless internet access throughout the property, and guest rooms, unlimited local phone calls, delivery of daily newspaper (Mon.- Fri.), complimentary ski valet and access to the Chill Spa.

Guest Room Cut-Off Date
When making your hotel accommodations, we ask that you contact the hotel prior to January 15, 2010 at (800) 631-6281 and inform the agent that you are with the 2010 Jackson Hole Urology Conference. You are encouraged to make your reservation early, as the hotel may sellout before this date. After this date, reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis and higher rates may apply.


Guest Room Deposit/Cancellation Policy
In order to confirm a room arrangement, the hotel will require the guest to pay an advance deposit equal to all charges for room, tax and service fees. This advance deposit is refundable up to twenty-one (21) days prior to arrival in the event of cancellation. A cancellation, full or partial, less than twenty-one (21) days prior to arrival will forfeit and be charged the full amount of the advance deposit or any portion thereof. All credit cards used to pay will be charged at time of reservation. Two night deposit is charged when booked and the remaining balance for their stay will be charged 21 days prior to arrival.

Hotel Check-in/Check-out
Guest accommodations will be available at 4:00 p.m. on arrival day and reserved until 12:00 p.m. on departure day. The Resort would appreciate receiving flight arrival times at time of reservation, if available. Any attendee wishing special consideration for late checkout should inquire at the front desk on their day of departure. Should the Resort allow for a late checkout, it may charge half the rate published for the attendee's room type.

 Private flights are served by Jackson Hole Aviation, the airport's fixed base operation.
